The use of the M*Modal Fluency Direct Voice Dictation Software will be used in compliance with following guiding principles:
I agree:
- To avoid speaking loudly while using computers in public facing areas to protect patient privacy
- To avoid use of unapproved abbreviations
- To complete documention in a timely fashion in order to foster better communication among colleagues
- To only use this voice dictation software for Jefferson Health-related documentation
I understand that my license to use the product may be relinquished if:
- I never/rarely use the product for three or more months.
- After 3 months of non-use, we will contact you via email to notify you that your account will be suspended.
- If we do not receive a response withing 5 business days we will re-provision your license.
- I use copy forward functionality without original relevant editing
Please note that microphones are available on public computers in the hospital. For personal use, these will need to be purchased separately. Information is available on the Resources page
